ZQ Capital is a private equity fund management company from Hong Kong specializing in investments in Europe and the US. They engaged us on a project to acquire a large heavy industry group from Europe. We made strategic and operational screening and have developed an investment thesis for the project. Our task was coordinating due diligence activities across the spectrum of external financial, legal, and tax advisors and managing the operational and commercial due diligence process. Our goal was to develop a full CSOC Report and a Boardroom Summary for the fund’s investment committee and further support the negotiation process with insights from the due diligence process. Unfortunately, the project did not end in success (cancelled by the seller after NBO).
