Danieli Group is a large, Italian-based metal smelting, and metals & mining equipment manufacturing group. On a buy-side mandate, we supported Danieli and its M&A advisory external support in acquiring a local steel mill. Our task was to perform strategic and operational screening of the target to support the bidding process and later develop a whole CSOC Report.
