Pavle Mihajlović established Mihajlović Advisory in January 2023, after spending 10 years in a global heavy industry group, working on M&A, strategic, operational improvement, and turnaround projects in over 20 countries, on 3 continents, serving on several boards, and visiting over 100 facilities and plants.
With an agile team and a network of external technical, operational, legal, and other experts, we focus on traditional heavy industry, metals, manufacturing, and processing businesses. Our team has extensive experience in due diligence, as well as operational experience in uncovering and fixing issues arising from insufficient due diligence in industrial acquisitions.
