1. Introduction

Mihajlović Advisory d.o.o. (website url address: https://www.mihajlovic-advisory.com) appreciates your business and trust. We are limited liability company registered in Zagreb, Croatia, VAT #: HR16305102200 (hereinafter: “Mihajlović Advisory”). Please read this privacy policy, providing consent to both documents in order to have permission to use our services or contact us.

This privacy policy of Mihajlović Advisory d.o.o. (hereinafter: “the Privacy Policy”), the web page www.mihajlovic-advisory.com (hereinafter: “the Web Page”), and all of its contents (hereinafter: “the Page Content”) are in sole proprietary ownership of Mihajlović Advsiory, and cannot be downloaded, used, reused, or copied by any other third party without explicit written consent by the legal representative of Mihajlović Advisory. 

Sole exemption to the proprietary nature of the information, material and data available on our Web Page is the free photographic and video material downloaded and used as an illustration on the Web Page, downloaded from www.pexels.com. Mihajlović Advisory does not claim intellectual property rights on such content available on free to download platforms. Mihajlović Advisory cannot disallow direct download of the material used from the Web Page, but advises to use direct services of Pexels for appropriation of the same content. Any user of the Web Page or general search engine user that does download any such photographic or video content, must adhere to Licensing policy of Pexels.

We are a Croatian based company and operate web servers hosted in Croatia. Our provider Studio4Web hosting adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield”, ensuring that your data is securely stored and GDPR compliant under the regulatory framework of EU. Registration Data

If you subscribe to our newsletter on the Web Page, or send an e-mail through Contact Form provided on the Web Page, we store your e-mail address and any additional personal information entered or provided. By accepting the Privacy Policy at subscribing you accept that these data may be stored by Mihajlović Advisory indefinitely. Website administrators can also see this information but is not allowed to use it to any other use than maintenance and development of the Web Page. Mihajlović Advisory will adhere that the data provided will be used solely for purpose of performing the services of the company, and contacting former, current and future potential customers, with information relevant to the services provided, and shall not be sold, or provided without compensation, to another third party. 

Comments

Mihajlović Advisory does not allow entering comments to the posts, pages, services or testimonials presented on the web page. Any comment or reference to the content presented on the Web Page, our prior, current or future services, offers or other confidential or sensitive information can be sent to Mihajlović Advisory through Contact Form available on the Web Page.

Contact Form

Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email office@mihajlovic-advisory.com, hosted by Studio4Web which adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield” policy and you can find more information about this here: Studio4Web Privacy Policy. 

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties. Mihajlović Advisory reserves the right to indefinitely store any information provided via Contact Form.

Google Analytics

Cases for Using the Personal Data

We use your personal information in the following cases:

5. Who Has Access To Your Data

If you are not a registered client for our site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself. If you have provided some information to Mihajlović Advisory, via Contact Form on the Web Page, your personal information can be accessed by:

  • Our system administrators.
  • Our supporters when they (in order to provide support) need to get the information about the client accounts and access.
  • Our selected employees who have access to the office@mihajlovic-advisory.com e-mail account.
6. Third Party Access to Your Data

We don’t share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc. The only exceptions to that rule are for partners we have to share limited data with in order to provide the services you expect from us, if you explicitly requested that through the information provided in the Contact Form on the Web Page.

7. Security Measures

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization. In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users.

8. Your Data Rights
General Rights

If you have shared some information with Mihajlović Advisory, or you have used Contact Form on the Web Page, you can request an exported file of the personal data we retain, including any additional data you have provided to us. You can request that we erase any of the personal data we have stored. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes, and including original e-mail messages sent to office@mihajlovic-advisory.com, via Contact Form on the Web Page. In short, we cannot erase data that has been sent to us via Contact Form.

GDPR Rights

9. Third Party Websites

Mihajlović Advisory may post links to third party websites on the Web Page. These third party websites are not screened for privacy or security compliance by Mihajlović Advisory, and you release us from any liability for the conduct of these third party websites. All social media sharing links, either displayed as text links or social media icons do not connect you to any of the associated third parties unless you explicitly click on them.

Please be aware that this Privacy Policy, and any other policies in place, in addition to any amendments, does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of services provided by Mihajlović Advisory. Any commercial relationship, or law enforcing relationship, with regards to the services to be provided by Mihajlović Advisory, has to be mutually agreed in another, legally binding form. In short, by using the Web Page, or by clicking on any third party website link, you are not becoming a client of Mihajlović Advisory in any shape or form.

10. Release of Your Data for Legal Purposes

At times it may become necessary or desirable to Mihajlović Advisory, for legal purposes, to release your information in response to a request from a government agency, legal court or a private litigant. You agree that we may disclose your information to a third party where we believe, in good faith, that it is desirable to do so for the purposes of a civil action, criminal investigation, or other legal matter. In the event that we receive a subpoena affecting your privacy, we may elect to notify you to give you an opportunity to file a motion to quash the subpoena, or we may attempt to quash it ourselves, but we are not obligated to do either. We may also proactively report you, and release your information to, third parties where we believe that it is prudent to do so for legal reasons, such as our belief that you have engaged in fraudulent activities. You release us from any damages that may arise from or relate to the release of your information to a request from law enforcement agencies or private litigants.

Any passing on of personal data for legal purposes will only be done in compliance with laws of Croatia and EU.
