Novoferm Group is a leading European producer and distributor of closures (doors, industrial doors, garage doors, and loading systems). The group’s management team engaged us to perform a Strategic Evaluation of one of its subsidiaries, which had been underperforming in recent years.

The result was a comprehensive analysis of the business’s strategic issues and challenges, and a detailed list of initiatives and actions for a long-term strategy-proof turnaround. We supported the local management in the execution process and performed several additional deep-dive analyses into the business’s commercial and operational aspects.
