When you feel that the project is ready for a decision by the Supervisory Board or an Investor Committee, we will prepare for you a Boardroom Summary Report.
When we make a CSOC Report, in parallel, we take notes for the Boardroom Summary and are ready to draft it fast once the project is decision-ready. We approach this thinking from the executive shoes: What does this mean for my strategy? How likely is the success? What is the return on capital? Do we have resources? Are we covering critical risks? We still try to follow the same order or storyline as in the full CSOC Report, but we only include the crucial points and information that can change the decision that needs to be made.
You will be ready for clear and fact-based decision!
If we are appointed to prepare the Boardroom Summary based on reports or information provided by others, we will read all materials carefully and note critical points. We will prepare a decision-ready Boardroom Summary, assuming the insights and conclusions made by others are valid, and provide our own comprehensive view of the opportunity.

We always provide our own recommendations for the decisions to be made. The Boardroom Summary report is typically 2 to 5 pages long and delivered as a .pdf document. We adjust the format and content for direct submission to the Board of Directors Meeting materials if required. The Boardroom Summary can be read in up to 15 minutes, and the decision-maker is ready to judge the opportunity on the spot.
